To make the spiced butter mix you will need:

• 1 pound butter
• 1 pound brown sugar
• 1 pound confectioners sugar
• 1 quart vanilla ice cream
• 1 table spoon ground cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg 
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

You will begin by melting the butter in a large pot over medium heat taking care not to burn the butter.  While still over the heat you will add in the two sugars and blend until you have a delightful sugary liquid.  Remove this mixture from the heat and whisk in the ice cream, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla.  Pour this mixture into a plastic or freezer safe container with sealable lid, let cool then place in the freezer for storing. 

Now that the had part is complete lets enjoy an amazing cocktail with our creation.

In a 12 oz. mug that can be used for hot beverages add:

• 2 oz. Revolution Rum from Valley Shine Distillery
• 1 heaping spoon full of the spiced butter mix
• Stir these two together to form a liquid then
• Add 6-8 oz. hot water
• Stir and enjoy.
