1.5 oz Red X Gin
7 Mint Leaves
2 Lime wedges
.75 oz Simple syrup
1.5 oz Apple Juice
In a shaker muddle the lime and mint gently, add apple juice, simple syrup and Red X Gin to shaker, shake well strain into glass with ice.
